Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach Sales is located on the main street of Umina Beach at 4/327 West Street, Umina Beach. We are situated across from Coles Umina Beach on the main shopping strip for our strong buyer and sales enquiry in the Umina Beach and Peninsula area.

Our Richardson & Wrench team is one of the most experienced on the Central Coast Peninsula with over 160 years’ worth of combined local real estate knowledge.

Our completely local & multi-award winning team comprises of Principal John Carey, Sales Executive's Scott Wilson, Damien McPherson, Francois Duverge, Rachel Potter & Liz Donohoe with Office Administrators Gabby Carey & Angie Potter on the front desk, Administration Manager Ros Carey, Property Managers Lisa McAnulty & Bianca Carey and Business Development Manager Chloe Lawrence.

The Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach team are all long standing local residents of the Peninsula and believe in the traditional principles of “good old fashioned service” with determination, honesty & integrity. Our West Street Sales office is open 6 days a week and Sundays via appointment for your convenience.

At Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach we recognise that our market place is constantly changing, with less than half of the property purchasers being locals, the majority coming from Sydney, its surrounding suburbs and the Western suburbs.

This is no surprise as the beautiful Central Coast Peninsula is just over 1 hour from the Sydney CBD and is surrounded by picturesque waterways and mountainous National Parks, boasting superb facilities and attractions, with the real estate still very reasonably priced, compared to its neighbouring Sydney suburbs.
