Couldn't ask for a better agent and experience for our first home purchase! We entered in to real estate market at a very aggressive time but Francois made the whole experience so smooth for us. He is very professional and fair in his dealings unlike most other agents out there. 5 stars for fair dealing and communication. He never tried to push us into buying the property or coming back with a fake counter quote from an imaginary person. :) He went out of his way to help us. What a legend!
